Delete your Puro Social account

You can delete your Puro Social account and the data in it at any time, in the app or by writing to us.

In the app

Open Profile, then Settings and privacy, then Delete account. Confirm with the code we email you, or with Apple or Facebook if that is how you sign in. The account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to support@monsterappsstudio.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. If you sign in with Apple or Facebook, say so; we confirm the account is yours before we delete it.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in methods, your name and photo, your collection, journal, notes, ratings and photos, your reviews and forum posts, your friends and the members you blocked, and your notifications.

What remains

Discussions you opened that others replied to stay as a placeholder without your name or words. Reports you made stay without your identity. Copies in database backups disappear as the backups rotate out (the period is confirmed before release). A store subscription continues until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
